On a recent trip to Colombia, we visited with many people with whom we ministered, worked, worshipped, and lived for over a decade. We were reminded of the Apostle Paul’s return trips to revisit the churches he had planted and the people he had shared his life with, encouraging them and also being encouraged himself.
We saw Daniel, who used to live with us in the children’s ministry. The next day, he left for the city of Pereira to do a Discipleship Training School.
We give thanks to God for providing the money for the first 3 months of this training. If you would like to help pay for his “outreach” phase (where he will go on a 2-3 month-long mission trip), please contact us.
Julio’s family was visiting Colombia from Venezuela and the U.S., so we had some good time to share with them. We rejoiced to hear from Bibiana (Julio’s sister and a missionary in their home country of Venezuela) that God has provided $2,500 of the $5,000 she had to pay to replace the car that caught on fire. - Teaching opportunities around the world
- Possibly attending a Bible training seminar in Switzerland in September
